Fishing

Our General Store carries all necessary resident and non resident fishing and hunting licenses. Key River is known for it's wonderful fishing including Northern Pike, Muskie, Large & Small Mouth Bass, Walleye and Perch. Spring Smelt Fishing is a delightful way to start the season. Fishing tackle and supplies - live bait is available

Hunting

Our General Store carries all necessary resident and non resident fishing and hunting licenses. Area Hunting includes Pheasants, Duck, Turkey, Spring and Fall Bear hunting, Deer and Moose. Pheasant is available from September 20th to December 15th, Daily limit of 3. Hunting hours are from ½ hour before sunrise to ½ hour after sunset. Wild Turkey's season is from April 25th to May 31st, limit of 1 bearded wild turkey per license per day. Hunting hours are ½ hour before sunrise to 12 noon. For all big game inquiries, please contact the Ministry of Natural Resources for tags and prices.
